Ancestral sparkling wine El Tanque (PET NAT)
Sparkling rosé wine made by the ancestral method or PET NAT (single fermentation in bottle).
El Tanque is a small plot of land located at 600 meters above sea level at the entrance of the Barranco de Añavingo in the municipality of Arafo.

APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: no appellation (table wine)
VARIETIES: Black Listán 80%, White Listán 10%, Black Vijariego 10%
PRESENTATION: Classic sparkling wine bottle of 75 cl in boxes of 6 units.
PRINCIPIO: a young, fresh, easy to drink, fun and uncomplicated wine for a party.
WINE MAKING: It is made as a normal white wine in stainless steel tanks. Before it finishes fermenting, it is bottled and the bottle is closed with a steel plate. The bottle remains in rhyme for 14 months, after disgorging it is refilled with the same wine.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: pale pink.
Aroma: mineral, stone fruit, roses.
Palate: Fresh, mineral, hints of roses.
