LOCARTAS FRUITY WINE

Our semi-sweet wine, wines that are known in Tenerife with the term Afrutado.

The wine is a blend of between 4 and 6 plots throughout the valley. Plots located between 300 meters and 600 meters above sea level.

Listán Blanco and Moscatel de Alejandría vines of different ages, orientations and cultivation systems. Cultivated on jable soils.

CLASSIFICATION: Semi-sweet white wine

DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Valle de Güímar. Tenerife. Canary Islands.

VARIETIES: Listán Blanco 70% Muscatel of Alexandria 30%.

PAIRING: desserts, appetizers

PRESENTATION: 75 cl Burgundy bottle in boxes of 6 units.

PRINCIPIO: the classic white wine of the Güímar Valley that has always been a blend of plots.

WINE MAKING: Manual selection and harvesting of the grapes. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Before the fermentation is finished, cold is applied to stop it and leave a rest of sugar in the wine. The wine is then filtered through a sterilizing cellulose plate.

TASTING NOTES:

Color: Pale yellow.

Aroma: Orange blossom, lemon peel

Palate: Fresh, sweet, sweet
