Made with Listán Negro 80% and Listán Blanco 15% grapes from our Los Brezos vineyard.

Plot located at 500 meters above sea level in the area known as La Hoya de la Viña, in the municipality of Candelaria.

25/30 year old vines grown on double cordon royat trellises on soils of jable and picón.

CLASSIFICATION: Red wine

DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Valle de Güímar. Tenerife. Canary Islands.

VARIETIES: Black Listán 85% White Listán 15%.

PRESENTATION: 75 cl Burgundy bottle in boxes of 6 units.

PRINCIPLE: To obtain a red wine that reflects variety, soil and vintage.

WINEMAKING: Selection and harvesting of the grapes by hand, both white and red grapes. The grapes are placed in an open tank where they are trodden with the feet. When fermentation is finished, the must is placed in an old French oak barrel.
