DRY WHITE LOCARTAS

Our village wine, the classic white wine from the Güímar Valley.

The wine is a blend of between 10 and 12 plots throughout the valley. Plots are located between 300 meters and 1,000 meters above sea level.

White Listán vines of different ages, orientations and cultivation systems. Cultivated on chalk soils and some on chalk with high clay content.

CLASSIFICATION: Dry white wine

DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Valle de Güímar. Tenerife. Canary Islands.
VARIETIES: Listán Blanco 100%.

PAIRING: All types of fish and seafood.

PRESENTATION: 75 cl Burgundy bottle in boxes of 6 units.

PRINCIPIO: the classic white wine of the Güímar Valley that has always been a blend of plots.

WINE MAKING: Manual selection and harvesting of the grapes. The must ferments with the indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Subsequently the wine is aged for a minimum of 6 months in the same tanks.

TASTING NOTES:

Color: Pale yellow.

Aroma: freshly cut grass, phosphorus, aniseed, lemon rind.

Palate: Fresh, mineral, fruity, hints of lemon rind.
