Ancestral sparkling wine Vidueño (PET NAT)
Sparkling white wine produced by the ancestral method or PET NAT (single fermentation in the bottle).
A vineyard wine in the Canary Islands means that the wine is a blend of varieties from the same plot harvested at the same time.
In the case of this wine, the grapes come from the Los Pinos plot, located at 600 meters above sea level on the road that goes up to Los Pelados in the upper part of the town of Güímar.

APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: no appellation (table wine)
VARIETIES: Listán Blanco, Marmajuelo, Vijariego Blanco, Albillo Criollo, Verdello.
PRESENTATION: Classic sparkling bottle of 75 cl in boxes of 6 units.
PRINCIPIO: a young, fresh, easy to drink, fun and uncomplicated wine for a party.
WINE MAKING: It is made as a normal white wine in stainless steel tanks. Before it finishes fermenting, it is bottled and the bottle is closed with a steel plate. The bottle remains in rhyme for 14 months, after disgorging it is refilled with the same wine.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: Pale yellow.
Aroma: freshly cut grass, lemon peel, tropical.
Palate: Fresh, mineral, hints of lemon rind.
