RED LETTERS
Our red village wine.
The wine is a blend of 3 plots located between 500 and 1,000 meters above sea level.
Black Listán, Tempranillo and Syrah vines of different ages, orientations and cultivation systems. Cultivated on chalk soils and some on chalk with high clay content.
CLASSIFICATION: Red wine
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Valle de Güímar. Tenerife. Canary Islands.
VARIETIES: Listán Negro 80% Syrah 10% and tempranillo 10%.
PAIRING: All types of meats
PRESENTATION: 75 cl Burgundy bottle in boxes of 6 units.
WINE MAKING: Manual selection and harvesting of the grapes. The must ferments with the indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Subsequently the wine is aged for a minimum of 6 months in the same tanks.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: garnet red.
Aroma: red fruit, fig tree, mineal
Palate: Fresh, mineral, fruity.
